Knowledgeable, responsive, and professional. Told me what I did and did not need and did not try to upsell me on anything. Returned a quote quickly and went above and beyond to make sure the installation was done to my satisfaction. Installation team was fantastic!!! Very satisfied.

We are extremely impressed with the professional results delivered by Hanson Audio and Video. David and Jackson installed our living room audio/video system on July 21-22, 2926, and from the moment they walked into our home, it was clear they take great pride in their work. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and expertise truly stood out. The final result exceeded our expectations—the system sounds absolutely incredible. Thank you again to David and Jackson, and the entire Hanson team. Outstanding Job!

Hanson was professional, efficient, and excellent in their communication throughout the entire process. They solved our previous A/V challenges by designing and installing a significantly simpler—yet upgraded—system that has made a noticeable difference in our day-to-day operations. Everything is now seamlessly controlled from a single digital panel, which has been a game changer for our team. Andres, Ethan, Roger, and Dave were all a pleasure to work with—knowledgeable, responsive, and truly committed to delivering a great result.

I bought a very expensive AVR receiver that has a $5 antenna. A Dayton sales employee sold me an outdated system. They are overpriced on everything. After buying my Marantz system, the guy treated me like a bed bug. Search around before you buy a stereo from them.

I love Hanson ! I’ve had such good service from them with my purchase of tvs and equipment. All staff has been knowledgeable and supportive and especially a pleasure to have in my home. I love my new Frame TV. And I appreciate Terry and his crew for giving me an all the instruction I needed to get everything up and running. Thanks to Rick for his advice in my selections. Very much a 5 star company.
